Nevertheless we do our most to fulfill every guest needs and receive thousands of positive feedbacks during the two weeks of EFM & Berlinale. They still were able to produce something decent to include omelettes. However everything was as it should have been at this centrally located hotel. Despite this bad experience you had at the Hotel, we hope to have the chance to welcome you soon and present you the new rooms, but especially, to create a wonderful stay for you.
