One week after we left the car they took from our credit card 80 euros, no explanation, no note, no email, no invoice. Hope to get an answer and a refund from them soon... They don't have any reason for that. Totally failed service and horrible customer service experience. No excuses from her - but implied it was my fault. They have charged me 122 pounds for a 90 euros insurance, and after no less than 8 MONTHS AFTER the rental they withdraw 40 euros from my card without even notifying me or sending me an explanatory invoice.
