The rooms are excellent and we have previously upgraded to a swim up room but all other rooms are equally excellent. The rooms are excellent and we have previously upgraded to a swim up room but all other rooms are equally excellent. Hotel staff noted what happened, but did not do anything to help. Roomservice required the poolmenu that was not in the room the poolmenu was very sparse, no roomservice before 12.00 except when we spoke to the manager and he blamed staff ignorance.
